Job summary

Vuori in Amsterdam is seeking a Back of House Lead to join our store leadership team. You will manage inventory, coordinate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and create a smooth back-of-house experience for customers and colleagues.

Key duties include weekly cycle counts, store-to-store transfers, daily destock/restock, and ensuring shipments are received promptly. Excellent organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability including mornings/evenings, with at least one weekend day.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory program and manage all inventory-related tasks.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure great customer experiences.
• Oversee destock and restock daily and keep back-of-house organized.
• Ensure shipments are received and processed promptly and communicate issues.
