Job summary

Vuori in Amsterdam is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude. As a key part of the store leadership, you will supervise daily floor operations and collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

You will create unforgettable customer experiences, own the floor, develop customer relationships, and stay current on new products.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, including mornings/evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Strong leadership, punctuality, and attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert with focus on creating experiences.

Responsibilities
