Job summary

Vuori in Amsterdam is seeking a Back of House Lead to supervise the inventory program and lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient back-of-house processes.

The role requires coordinating cycle counts, restocks, and transfers while maintaining a tidy back room and strong team communication. A proactive, service-oriented leader with excellent organization is ideal.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability including mornings and/or evenings.
• Ability to lead and coordinate inventory tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house inventory program and weekly cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience.
• Keep back room tidy, organized and accessible.
• Coordinate destock/restock daily and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Manage store-to-store transfers and maintain floor stock levels.
