Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is seeking a Back of the House Manager to lead the stewarding team in a five-star, design-forward environment in central Amsterdam.

You will schedule staff, monitor HACCP standards, manage par stocks, and collaborate with F&B and Culinary teams to ensure flawless service. This is a full-time role starting January 2027 with opportunities for growth and international exposure within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or stewarding operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth operation of the stewarding department.
• Schedule stewards and manage levels and cleaning needs.
• Monitor chemical inventories and place orders based on par stocks.
• Develop action plans for F&B and Culinary departments based on HACCP results.
• Maintain par stocks for operating equipment with regular counts.
• Lead HACCP inspections and ensure compliance.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with engineering for machinery maintenance.
