Wooting is seeking a B2B After-sales & Technical Support Specialist based remotely in the Netherlands, Germany, or Denmark. You will support resellers through the after-sales process, validate returns, and communicate product changes in English.
You will log cases, analyze trends, and draft documentation to improve long-term solutions. Your role combines technical curiosity with clear communication, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and ensuring smooth warranty handling
Qualificações
- Fluency in written and spoken English for reseller support and internal collaboration.
- Experience with B2B returns and RMA processes.
- Strong technical mindset with curiosity and logical troubleshooting skills.
Responsabilidades
- Provide after-sales support in English to Wooting resellers by email.
- Audit monthly return lists and validate faulty merchandise details in bulk.
- Log technical support cases and identify trends, collaborating with the tech team on long-term solutions.
- Draft technical documentation and external communications for resellers.
- Act as bridge between resellers and international teams, sharing insights and local market needs.
