Job summary

LG Electronics Benelux is seeking a B2B Planning Analyst, Field Support, Europe Service Headquarter to help monitor service operations and drive improvements across subsidiaries in Europe.

You will develop data-driven insights, manage KPI reports, and coordinate with HQ Korea daily to ensure high-quality service delivery while supporting profitable activities and content management for agent consultations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration.
• Data analysis experience.
• Fluent Korean and English, written and spoken.
• Positive and proactive attitude; service work experience nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI data and generate monthly and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with HQ Korea daily to discuss service operations.
• Develop short- to long-term ID service roadmap with relevant departments.

About the job

A. ID Service operation support

• Support subsidiary service for KPI data monitoring and analysis, creating monthly, weekly reports;
• Daily communication with Subsidiary for field claim issues, defining quality problems, support customer pain points and compensation issues;
• Develop a short-to long-term ID services roadmap by cooperating with relevant departments.

What you'll do

B. ID Service Consultation contents management

• Develop ID Consultation contents to support agent consultation service quality, to support sales;
• Regular survey Contact center agents to create an FAQ;
• Upload and update content into our systems (GSCS, GSFS, etc.) on a regular basis.

C. Service Data Analysis

• Derive insights on potential new service areas by analyzing service trends from our subsidiaries, and market trends
• Research and synthesize insights from markets, competitors, and customers by analyzing market VOCs, sales teams’ inputs, site visits, SI & installer reviews, KPI analyses, etc.

D. Profitable activities

• Managing EW profit, promotional activities to increase profits and improve out of warranty customer satisfaction
• Study and research on market trend, competitors’ strategy to find out possible benchmarks of EW and OPP products.

What you must have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration;
• Data analysis experience;
• Excellent command of Korean and English, written and spoken, as the job requires to communicate with HQ Korea daily basis
• Positive and Pro-active attitude;
• Service work experience (Nice to have).
