Planning Analyst

A. Market Sensing to create service strategy differentiation

- Derive insights on potential new service areas by analysing service trends from competitors and market

- Set strategies and plan differentiation concepts for in-house solutions

- Research and synthesize insights from market, competitors, customers by analysing market VOCs, sales teams inputs, shop visits, customer reviews, social listening, KPI analysis, consumer insights etc..

- Identify differentiated service, customer experience and new concepts that can strengthen the service competitiveness.

B. Data Analysis & formulation

- Service data analysis and sharing report each subsidiary, EU Service HQ

- Downloading the data from EDW and make it simple with formula to utilize it easily from management

C. Localization Services Plans to create short-term and mid-term roadmaps

- Develop the service differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on company, competitor and market analysis

- Work cross-functionally to across business, product, operations, HQ to execute different strategy by country

- Manage the strategy for the service portfolio by considering customer needs and competitiveness

- Support Medium/Small sized subsidiary operation in terms of Network, New business, System set-up, etc.

What are we looking for?

Who preferably has the following knowledge and experience:

- A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration

- MS Office (Excel & Power Point), Power BI;

- Excellent command of English, verbally and written;

- Service work experience (Nice to have);
