We employ roughly 170 employees at our office in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, divided over two entities, being LG Electronics Benelux Sales B.V. and LG Electronics European Shared Service Center B.V.

What will you do?

As a Credit Insurance Analyst, you will join the European Treasury Team at LG Electronics European Shared Service Center. The Team consists of 3 parts: Cash management, Treasury Finance & Credit Insurance. Together with your colleagues, you are in charge of treasury operations of 40 subsidiaries in Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa region.

In Credit Insurance part, we focus on 17 subsidiaries in EU and our main objectives are Maintaining Global Credit insurance policies, Ensuring compliance with internal Risk & Credit Policies and providing training and advise to the local Subsidiaries.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Credit limit Management

• Support subs on overall Credit Limit related issues
• Cooperate with multiple Credit insurance companies
• Managing Internal CL approvals/ system handling
• Monitoring of CL usage / validity
• Preventative control over credit/AR risks including unsecured AR, overdue AR, premium payment and other securities than insurance
• Monitor/Report the AR risk and Collection status
• Manage the insurance claims & indemnification
• Improve the Risk measurement/tools

Credit insurance contracts & policies Management

• Managing multiple Primary & Top-up policies
• Support on policy issuances & renewals
• Ensure the compliance of internal procedures: Insurance, Credit and Collection policies

General supports

• - Liaise with internal stakeholders, broker and insurers on various issues
• - Ad-hoc tasks
• - Provide a training for new AR members in EU subs

Who are we looking for?

Someone who preferably has the following knowledge and experience:

- A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Finance;

- One to two years of related working experience;

- MS Office (Excel & Power Point);

- Excellent command of English, verbally and written;
