Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, offers a full-time 6-month internship in Hilversum, Netherlands starting November 1, 2026. You will craft marketing materials, analyze market data, monitor flavor trends, and support cross-functional teams including Sales and Product Development to deliver engaging customer experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in a dynamic, international environment with mentorship from the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and a willingness to learn within a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in content presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching marketing materials within IFF brand guidelines using templates.
• Analyze market and project data to identify trends and generate insights.
• Capture and communicate food, beverage and flavor trends internally.
• Coordinate Dutch market samples for global colleagues and project teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and Customer Insights teams.
• Support marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing B2B events, trade shows and exhibitions, including logistics.
• Support content creation, presentations and project coordination.
• Stay informed about industry developments and marketing best practices.
