Metyis AG is seeking a B2B Strategy and Digital Commerce Manager in Amsterdam with 8+ years of consulting and digital transformation experience. The role blends strategy, commercial modeling, and hands-on execution to scale B2B and B2C initiatives.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategic roadmaps, and work closely with senior clients to drive data-driven change and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting and business transformation.
• Strong fundamentals in analytics, stakeholder management, and leadership.
• Experience with digital commerce and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead eB2B engagements end to end, structure work, manage teams and client discussions.
• Define eB2B strategy: assess markets, customers, competitors, and roadmaps.
• Shape the commercial model: design segmentation, pricing, sales and CRM.
• Build the business case with revenue, margins, investment and KPIs.
• Set up the operating model, governance, and processes to launch and scale.
• Operate and improve: track performance and resolve issues with clients.
• Lead teams and senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Contribute to practice growth through propositions and client relationships.
