Job summary

Intralox is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative to join our EMEA Customer Service team in Hoofddorp. You will manage enquiries, quotations, and orders while building strong, long-term B2B relationships.

Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve challenges and support commercial growth in a dynamic international environment. The role requires English and Spanish language skills, a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years in a relevant commercial role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Minimum 2 years in account management, sales support, or customer service.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately to deliver a reliable and seamless customer experience.
• Build trusted relationships with B2B customers by serving as a knowledgeable point of contact.
• Coordinate technical enquiries and collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to support accounts and commercial growth.
• Proactively identify customer needs and propose value-added solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
