Job summary

L - founders of Loyalty is seeking an Azure Specialist to own and optimize our Microsoft Azure environment. You will ensure security, reliability, and compliance while working hands-on with Azure services, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

You will own Azure Logic Apps and integrations, connecting systems such as Salesforce and driving scalable solutions. The role involves governance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to explore AI use

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Strong SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 know‑how.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and system integrations.
• Microsoft Entra ID experience (incl. backup/local considerations).
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance and ISO 27001 mindset.
• Experience solving complex production issues in live environments.
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystems.
• Fluency in English.

About the role

We’re looking for an Azure Specialist to join our Technology team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and aligned with modern compliance standards such as ISO 27001. You will work hands‑on with Azure services, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 while driving improvements and supporting new projects. In addition, you will own Azure Logic Apps and integrations, connecting systems such as Salesforce while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability

Key responsibility

• Azure Ownership & Operations: Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the Azure environment, including deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement. Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and future‑proof.
• SharePoint & M365: Manage SharePoint environments and broader Microsoft 365 landscape, ensuring governance, security, and compliance with the latest regulations and policies.
• Security & Governance: Implement and maintain security best practices across Azure, including Identity (Microsoft Entra ID) and data governance. Stay up to date with regulations and apply them in practice.
• Integration & Automation: Design, build, and maintain Azure Logic Apps (workflows) to support system integrations, including connecting platforms such as Salesforce.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor environments, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues, implementing long‑term improvements.
• Innovation & Projects: Take ownership of new technology initiatives, including AI and Microsoft Copilot use cases, and translate trends into practical solutions.
• Data & Storage: Manage and optimize data storage solutions within Azure, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Operational Excellence: Apply tagging, structuring, documentation, and governance practices to ensure an auditable and well‑managed environment.

What you bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure environments (hands‑on)
• Strong experience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and system integrations
• Microsoft Entra ID experience (including backup/local considerations)
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance (ISO 27001 mindset)
• Experience solving complex technical challenges in production environments
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystems
• Fluency in English

• Affinity with development, scripting, and third‑party backend systems
