Job summary

L - founders of Loyalty is seeking an Azure Specialist to own and optimize our Microsoft Azure environment. You will ensure security, reliability, and compliance while working hands-on with Azure services, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

You will own Azure Logic Apps and integrations, connecting systems such as Salesforce and driving scalable solutions. The role involves governance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to explore AI use

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
Strong SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 know‑how.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps and system integrations.
Microsoft Entra ID experience (incl. backup/local considerations).
Knowledge of cloud security, governance and ISO 27001 mindset.
Experience solving complex production issues in live environments.
Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystems.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Azure Ownership & Operations: end-to-end ownership of the Azure environment.
SharePoint & M365 governance, security, and compliance.
Security & Governance: implement security best practices and identity management.
Integration & Automation: design and maintain Azure Logic Apps for integrations (e.g., Salesforce).
Monitoring & Incident Management: monitor, troubleshoot, and drive long-term improvements.
Innovation & Projects: explore AI and Copilot use cases.
Data & Storage: optimize Azure data storage for performance and cost.
Operational Excellence: ensure auditable governance and documentation.
