Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group in Amsterdam is seeking an energetic Servicedesk professional to provide excellent technical support to end-users while also managing cloud infrastructure, particularly within the Azure environment.

You will troubleshoot, communicate clearly with users, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes, manage user accounts, licenses, and device provisioning, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, Office 365, Teams.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues.
• Hardware and software installations.
• Manage and track support requests through ticketing tools.
• Identify and assign issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Leverage Intune for centralized device management, ensuring compliance and security.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation and asset management.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses across platforms (AD, Entra ID, Office 365).
• On/Off-boarding of users with provisioning and de-provisioning of devices.
