Job summary

Sendcloud is expanding its Internal IT team in Eindhoven, with a hands-on IT Service Desk role. You’ll own the day-to-day support, manage devices, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for new joiners.

You’ll collaborate with People, Security and Office Management to keep access and workplace tech aligned. Attention to automation and clear documentation will be valued in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IT support, service desk or workplace IT.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Eindhoven area; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT Service Desk operations and troubleshooting.
• Manage device fleet, onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Coordinate with People, Security and Office Management for seamless workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation.
• Support Google Workspace, Okta, Slack and device management tooling.
