Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects in the Netherlands. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to ensure alignment with customer outcomes and guide teams across business and technical domains.

With expertise in AWS Well-Architected and CAF, you will translate requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering IT projects with external customers.
• Experience in program or engagement management leading other PMs.
• Experience with Agile and project management toolsets Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
