Fokker Services Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring on-time delivery of spares and services. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Program Management to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, opportunity identification, and maintaining strong English communication with Dutch preferences, in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualificações

• MBO/HBO-level education and experience in a fast-paced sales or customer support environment.
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify business opportunities.
• Enjoy proactively reaching out to customers and building relationships.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Link between customers and procurement to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Own end-to-end quotation and order process for Spares products.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales relationships.
• Respond to supply and demand in aviation trading, meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Program Management to resolve issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
