Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Hoofddorp is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join the Component Services team. You will coordinate end-to-end customer orders, maintain order-status overviews, and monitor delivery times while liaising between customers and internal teams.

You will also prepare quotations, handle quote approvals, and proactively communicate to enhance customer satisfaction. The role offers growth in a secure, aerospace-focused environment with modern tools.

Qualifications

• HBO+ degree or equivalent level of education.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the end-to-end flow of customer orders.
• Creating and maintaining overviews of current order statuses.
• Monitoring turnaround times (TAT) and identifying potential delivery issues.
• Acting as the link between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicating customer questions and requests to relevant departments and following up on responses.
• Check and challenge internal and external shop finding reports.
• Preparing quotations and following up on quote approvals.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
