Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Hoofddorp is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join the Component Services team. You will coordinate end-to-end customer orders, maintain order-status overviews, and monitor delivery times while liaising between customers and internal teams.

You will also prepare quotations, handle quote approvals, and proactively communicate to enhance customer satisfaction. The role offers growth in a secure, aerospace-focused environment with modern tools.

Qualifications

• HBO+ degree or equivalent level of education.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

The team

As our Customer Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team Component Services at our Hoofddorp office.

The team consists of several smaller teams, creating a diverse group of colleagues with experience levels ranging from starters to highly experienced professionals. The short-term goal of the team is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction by coordinating customer orders end-to-end, monitoring turnaround times and resolving issues. The long-term goal is to strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and identifying opportunities for extended collaboration. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Program Managers, Buyers and customers.
