Job summary

Trax USA Corp. in Amsterdam seeks a Product Support / Implementation Specialist to assist in training, documentation, and problem resolution for aviation IT products. You will liaise with programming, QA, and IT teams and support airline customers through onboarding and ongoing use.

The role requires 50%+ travel and strong English communication. This is a fully remote position with collaboration across global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business or related field with 3–5 years in aviation IT.
• Experience with Trax or similar aviation maintenance software.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between airline customers and programming department.
• Identify, research and resolve technical and software problems.
• Track and monitor customer issues for timely resolution.
• Document customer specifications with development.
• Test software modifications and report issues.
• Develop documentation for new program features.
• Provide customer training on-site or at Trax location.
• Coordinate customer projects and oversee implementations.
• Lead customer implementations to ensure smooth delivery.
