Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on technical support specialist focused on hardware and electronics. You will provide phone support to resellers and end-users, deliver detailed product specifications, and contribute to new product ideas.

Travel to on-site locations for testing and diagnosis, build strong relationships, train colleagues and resellers, and handle sales-related duties. Proficiency in German or Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical background in electronics or hardware.
• Fluent in German or Dutch and English for communication with resellers and customers.
• Technical education preferably focused on electronics.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for troubleshooting to resellers and end-users.
• Role focuses on hardware/electronics rather than software.
