Job summary

Haimer GmbH is seeking a proactive engineer to manage the complete product range in the Netherlands, focusing on machine installations, maintenance, customer trainings, and technical support. After a thorough introductory training, you will independently provide application engineering services for customers in the Netherlands, including pre- and post-sales support and handling technical inquiries.

The role requires willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and to work from a home office

Qualifications

• Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in the field of mechanical engineering.
• First technical expertise.
• Knowledge in the machine tool and cutting tool industry would be an asset.
• Experience in customer service on the phone and direct preferable.
• The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English written and verbal, German skills would be considered a plus.
• Detail oriented, well-organized, and a good team player.
• Openness to high volume travel throughout The Netherlands.

Responsibilities
