Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations across Europe. You will diagnose complex vehicle faults, perform software updates, and ensure fleet readiness with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role involves high‑voltage systems, ADAS components, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and depot teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
Strong automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair experience.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets.
Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment and testing.
Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness and safety.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation.
Support high-availability fleets operating in 24/7 environments.
Lead shifts and mentor junior technicians as needed.
Assist with training and onboarding of new technicians.
