Hadrian is seeking a Software Engineer to join the AI team building AI hacking agents for its pentest product. You will own projects end‑to‑end—from ideation through development, release, and operation—working on agent harnesses, architecture, prompts, and deployments.

You’ll translate cutting‑edge AI research into production systems that can operate against real‑world targets. You should be proficient in Python, experienced with LLM APIs, and comfortable taking ownership of high‑impact work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent production software development.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI hacking agents for Hadrian's pentest product.
• Own projects end‑to‑end from ideation through release and maintenance.
• Evaluate and optimize agent performance using real pentest results.
• Develop high‑quality software across LLM applications, agent harnesses, APIs, prompts, and data models.
• Respond to production issues and bugs to keep systems reliable.
