Job summary

AgXeed is hiring a software engineer to design and implement modular software architecture for its expanding autonomous farming platform. You will optimize code, work within the Motion Planning team, and share knowledge with teammates to maintain high-quality software practices.

The role requires strong problem-solving, autonomy, and English communication. Nice to have: C#, Azure, and ROS2 experience; the team operates in a fast-growing scale-up environment with responsibilities distributed

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with C#, Azure and/or ROS2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement modular software architecture for expanding codebase.
• Improve and optimize the performance of existing and new code.
• Work in the Motion Planning team and understand related maths/physics to read the code.
• Deliver high quality work and follow development processes.
• Guide developers with less experience in the team.
• Improve and optimize software processes.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance APIs in Azure.
