Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to be based in Worden. You will analyze, monitor, evaluate and improve supplier quality performance, initiating improvement programs as part of supplier selection and ongoing development.

You will lead APQP/PPAP for products from development to SOP, design procedures under IATF 16949, and conduct audits (VDA 6.3) at supplier sites to ensure capabilities meet MCi requirements. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• EOQ or ASQ CQE or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years auditing experience in Automotive.
• Fluent in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Leads APQP/PPAP process with suppliers from development to SOP.
• Designs and maintains procedures per IATF 16949 and reports supplier quality performance.
• Leads supplier quality system and process audits using VDA 6.3 at supplier sites.
