Job summary

Brink Group is seeking an Automotive Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet customer-specific and automotive standards in an international setting. You will work from development through series production, applying IATF 16949, VDA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC to turn requirements into robust quality processes.

You will be part of the QHSE organization in Staphorst, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Logistics, Sales and Purchasing, and report to the Teamlead QES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Practical experience with IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Strong 8D, root-cause analysis and corrective-action experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, and customer requirements.
• Lead quality activities in new product/process development and coordinate docs for approvals.
• Provide quality input during design reviews and Process FMEAs.
