Job summary

Nedschroef is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to globally drive supplier quality performance across our organization. You will lead audits (including VDA 6.3 where applicable), manage escalations, and develop structured improvement programs in close collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams worldwide.

You will analyze data, define improvement roadmaps with suppliers, and implement KPI structures to create transparency and sustainable value across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier quality management in automotive/automotive-related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, methods and processes.
• Experience with supplier audits; VDA 6.3 certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex quality issues and escalations.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Globally monitor and improve supplier quality performance (complaints, non-conformities, delivery).
• Lead and coordinate supplier-related quality escalations with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate supplier audits (system, process, product) including VDA 6.3 where applicable.
• Drive structured supplier development activities and improvement programs.
• Define and monitor improvement roadmaps with suppliers.
