Flex is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to join our team in Woerden, NL, focusing on supplier quality improvement across APQP/PPAP, IATF16949 and MCi requirements. You will drive audits, support design reviews, and foster continuous improvement with supplier partners.
Your background includes HBO in quality engineering (EOQ) or ASQ CQE, plus IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 auditing experience. Dutch or English fluency and travel up to 20% are expected.

Supplier Development Engineer, will be based in Worden and will analyses, monitors, evaluates, and improves Quality performance of suppliers. Will initiate improvement programs for suppliers and evaluates quality performance of potential new suppliers as part of the supplier selection process.
