Job summary

Flex Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, seeks a Requirement Administrator located in Woerden, Netherlands. You will manage system, mechanical, hardware, and software requirements across stakeholders for precision actuators designed for mass production, and support Sales, Quality, and Operations.

The role requires strong documentation experience, familiarity with automotive standards, and the ability to work with engineering teams in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining engineering requirements and documentation.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and quality systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded software is an advantage.
• Experience with requirement management tools like Polarion or Doors.

Responsibilities

• Administer product- and customer specifications in MCi processes and tools.
• Assist Product, Electronic and Software Engineer in gathering and managing requirements.
• Maintain the requirement management database and ensure tool processes are followed.
• Prepare connections between customer requirements and product/component specs.
• Assist Validation Engineer with linking requirements to validations and maintain tools/processes.
