Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably automotive.
• Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with revenue attainment.
• Technically adept understanding of hardware and software and how to leverage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and execute a best-in-class account strategy to maximize design wins.
• Provide strategic assessment of new business opportunities in cooperation with product teams.
• Coordinate globally and facilitate joint business meetings across units and geographies.
• Drive strategy towards goals (roadmap development, resource alignment).
• Provide deal dynamics intelligence including requirements, timelines, budgets, and competitors.
• Understand and influence customer hardware architecture to position NXP solutions.
