Job summary

BYD Europe BV is seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Excellence & Strategy Manager to lead the development and standardization of operational strategies across our European automotive logistics network.

You will design scalable frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of Operations Specialists to deliver world-class performance, while partnering with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management desirable.
• 10+ years in automotive logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Proven leadership in complex international environments and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term automotive operations and logistics strategies.
• Define operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices across markets.
• Lead initiatives for network optimization, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Advise senior management on performance, transformation programs, and growth opportunities.
• Support commercial teams with innovative logistics and operational solutions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and manage change initiatives.
