Job summary

TGW Group, supporting Stichd (PUMA Group), seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to keep a highly automated distribution centre running smoothly in Tilburg.

As part of the resident maintenance team you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements to maximise uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced logistics environment where teamwork, safety and reliability matter, with two shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics or related technical diploma at MBO level.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems or controls.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work in time-critical environments and at heights.
• Willing to work flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Resolve breakdowns with support on technical elements.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety as a priority.
• Support automation to operate at maximum efficiency.
• Complete reports for shift tasks, spare parts usage, and toploss in DART/CMMS.
