Job summary

TGW Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bol site in Waalwijk. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on TGW equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support automation to maximize efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, working in a 5-shift pattern, and a strong focus on problem-solving and accuracy in reporting maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• MBO-2 diploma in mechanics/electrical/controls or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and time-management under production pressures
• Willingness to work a 5-shift pattern and read electrical drawings

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on TGW equipment
• Resolve breakdowns with support on technical elements
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold safety standards
• Support automation for max efficiency and flow control
• Complete reports on maintenance tasks and spare parts usage
• Drive toploss activities and design modifications for improvement
• Investigate root causes of breakdowns on TGW equipment
