Job summary

The TGW Group seeks a maintenance professional to join the team at the new distribution centre in Heerlen. You will work on scheduled maintenance, handle breakdowns with technical support, and contribute to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced, automated environment.

You should bring a technical diploma, practical maintenance experience, and proficiency in Dutch and English. The role includes a dynamic team, structured shifts, and opportunities to grow within a leading logistics automation

Qualifications

MBO-2 level technical diploma with knowledge of mechanics, electrical and control.
Practical experience with service and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
Strong written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled Predictive/Preventive Maintenance tasks.
Resolve breakdown situations with support on technical elements.
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
Support automation to operate at maximum efficiency and assist with flow control.
Prepare reports for shift maintenance, spare parts usage and top-loss using CMMS/DART platforms.
Pursue continuous improvement via top-loss analysis and design changes.
Support root-cause investigations when equipment breakdowns occur.
