Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience (moderate level 3-5 years) in the technical field (Maintenance / Automation / SCADA).
• Technical background and hands-on expertise.
• Experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
• MBO studies relevant to Electrical, electronic or electromechanical fields.
• Service mindset with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Solid problem solving ability.
• Team working skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in English and Dutch (writing and speaking).

Aufgaben

• Lead and provide automation support to on-site operations during sorting shifts.
• Monitor SCADA alarms and logs; dispatch Field Service Engineers as needed.
• Assess technicians on site and advise on technical tasks and administration.
• Support maintenance and repairs of conveyors and related electrical/electromechanical systems.
• Contribute to on-site sort shift coverage and safe operating practices.
• Record maintenance activities in MAXIMO and related systems.
• Prepare reports and communicate with internal teams using Excel.
