Job summary

Fygi is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a fixed, highly automated logistics site in Utrecht, Netherlands. You will join an international team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated automation, conveyors, sensors and motors while working in a 5-shift pattern.

The role requires MBO 2/3 in Mechatronics or equivalent, hands-on mechanical/electrical experience, and good English. Relocation is not offered; Dutch is not required.

Qualifications

• MBO 2/3 level in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Practical experience with maintenance, repair or assembly of machines, vehicles or technical equipment.
• You work with motors, drives, sensors, bearings, shafts and other components and diagnose faults.
• Strong English; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Repair mechanical and electrical faults and troubleshoot equipment.
• Learn from experienced Engineers and Technicians while taking on more responsibility.
• Document maintenance, repairs and shift handovers.
