Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Technical Operator to run and monitor highly automated production lines, ensuring GMP compliance and supporting continuous improvement in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will perform equipment set-ups, changeovers, routine maintenance, and document production using SAP/MES, joining a diverse team to deliver medicines safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated manufacturing environments, preferably in assembly, labeling, packaging, or process industries.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with GMP-compliant operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or other digital manufacturing systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in rotating shift schedules.

As a Technical Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our automated production lines perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP requirements. • MBO-level (or equivalent) technical education.
• Experience in automated manufacturing environments, preferably within assembly, labeling, packaging, or process industries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience using structured problem‑solving methodologies such as RCA, 5 Why, or similar approaches.
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP experience is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or other digital manufacturing systems.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in rotating 3‑shift or 5‑shift schedules.
