Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Solution Architect to join our Amsterdam team and drive planning solution implementations for enterprise customers.

You will perform requirement analysis, design configurations, review data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end planning solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, participate in agile rounds, mentor junior members, and deliver training to super users.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience in supply chain planning implementations.
• Experience across full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, UAT/SIT, deployment.
• Experience with agile enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design solutions for planning applications.
• Document to-be business processes from sessions.
• Specify data requirements to meet business needs.
• Support architecture and design documentation.
• Demonstrate configurations to client teams using agile methods.
• Collaborate with R&D on solution enhancements.
• Assist in test case creation and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution.
• Develop and deliver super user training.
• Mentor junior team members.
