Job summary

Hef Associates is seeking an experienced Solution Architect focused on Supply Chain Planning to shape the architecture of a modern planning landscape for an international retail organization.

You will design end-to-end architectures, govern platforms like O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX, and ensure seamless SAP S/4HANA/EWM integration across business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Extensive experience with enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms such as O9, Blue Yonder or RELEX.
• Experience in complex international retail or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment and planning processes.

Your Role

As a Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end architecture of a modern planning ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams, you will ensure that planning solutions align with business objectives while remaining scalable, integrated, and future-proof.

You will play a leading role in the implementation and evolution of enterprise planning capabilities, leveraging platforms such as O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX. These solutions will support key business processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply chain planning.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent level of work experience and analytical ability.
• 8-10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar role.
• Extensive experience with enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or comparable planning platforms.
• Experience working in complex international retail or supply chain environments.
• A strong understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply planning processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, enterprise integrations, and complex application landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
