Based across three countries, the team works closely with all Medtronic Operating Units to manage consignment inventory across a wide range of portfolios, with the level of consignment varying by business. Through close collaboration across markets and functions, the team helps optimize inventory, support local business needs, and drive consistency and efficiency across Northern Europe.

We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Associate Inventory Analyst to support inventory performance and optimization across Northern Europe. • Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) by promoting it as a self-service tool and encouraging full usage across field Sales Teams
  • Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes where possible to shape practical solutions across Northern Europe

Required qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on organization, accountability, negotiation and successful delivery

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
