Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supply planning sub-teams, fostering talent growth and high performance.
• Deliver world-class results: ensure supply excellence and optimize inventory.
• Drive transformation through strategic projects that boost performance and agility.
• Partner with Manufacturing to deliver robust production plans and track execution.
• Own governance: lead the Supply Review process, capacity management, and mitigation.
• Enable growth: support NPIs and business cases with planning insights.
• Collaborate globally with Regional Supply Chain teams for efficiency and flexibility.
• Safeguard continuity by anticipating risks and leading cross-functional mitigation.
• Shape the future by contributing to global initiatives and next-gen supply chain solutions.
