Job summary

NEW YORKER is seeking an experienced assistant store manager to drive sales, monitor budgets, and lead a team in a busy fashion environment. You will coach staff, manage stock, and ensure the store remains representative of the New Yorker concept.

With at least two years of team leadership in retail or hospitality, a flexible, hands-on mindset, and fluency in Dutch or English (German a plus), you will contribute to recruitment and customer service while enjoying above-market pay and diverse

• At least 2 years of experience as assistant manager with managing a team.
• An MBO / HBO work - and thinking level.
• A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment.
• A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented.
• A passion for fashion, knows the trends and identifies with the New Yorker brand.
• No difficulties to start a conversation in Dutch or English, but German is a plus.
