Job summary

NEW YORKER is seeking a store supervisor in Tilburg to lead a retail team, manage daily operations, and safeguard the brand standards. You will monitor KPIs, sales, and stock while coaching your team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team (supervisor/ keyholder) in retail or hospitality.
• Flexible attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with empathy and hands-on mentoring.
• Passion for fashion and brand alignment.
• Able to communicate in Dutch or English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for employees in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• You are responsible for opening and closing the store and take care of the daily administration.
• You ensure that the KPIs are achieved; you keep an eye on the sales and stock results.
• You are an example for your team; you motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on the job.
• You guard the New Yorker concept and, because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.

• A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
• A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
• Passion for fashion and identifies with the New Yorker brand;
• You have no trouble entering into a conversation in Dutch or English, but if you speak German, that is certainly a plus.
