Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam's Garden Bistro Oriole is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily bistro operations, support the Bistro Manager, and inspire a dedicated team in a beautiful garden setting.

As the Assistant restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of Garden Bistro Oriole. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team while supporting the Bistro Manager in delivering the highest standards of service. What you will bring to the role

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a genuine interest in people development
• Experience with staff planning and basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and hour registration
• A strong passion for food and beverage, and knowledge of the latest industry trends
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive and guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
