Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam's Garden Bistro Oriole is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily bistro operations, support the Bistro Manager, and inspire a dedicated team in a beautiful garden setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people development focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily bistro operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Support recruitment for new team members and assist onboarding.
• Guide, train, and coach the team, including trainees, to foster growth.
• Manage scheduling and hour administration for effective team planning.
• Lead the bar team and ensure consistency in quality and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen to deliver seasonal menu offerings.
• Maintain stock levels and meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Create a positive work environment focused on guest satisfaction and team performance.
