You are visible throughout the hotel, supporting colleagues where needed and taking ownership of guest concerns, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your leadership and proactive approach help create a seamless guest journey and contribute to the success of the hotel's daily operations.

  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, safety standards and service excellence guidelines.
  • Participate in initiatives related to safety, health and wellbeing within the hotel.
  • Take the lead during emergencies and coordinate the response in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across departments.
  • Take an active role in driving quality excellence through regular LQA self-assessments and participation in the monthly Quality Committee.
  • Take ownership of technical issues when the Technical Department is unavailable, ensuring quick resolution and minimal operational impact.
What you will bring to the role
  • Experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for guest safety, security and operational excellence.
  • A proactive, hands‑on and guest‑focused attitude.
  • Integrity, discretion and strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (Dutch is a strong advantage).
  • A Bachelor degree from a Hotel School or Hospitality-related study is considered a plus.
  • A BHV diploma is considered a plus. If you do not yet have a BHV certification, you will have the opportunity to follow the training through the hotel.
