Job summary

LG Electronics Benelux seeks an Assistant Product Director to support the TV and Audio product portfolio in the Benelux market. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and market competitiveness by shaping product strategy, forecasting, and inventory management while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Headquarters.

Ideal candidates have a BA/MA in Business Administration, 0–2 years in a similar role, and fluency in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar function.
• Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
• Advanced user with MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out trends based on market conditions and business targets.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business performance reports, highlighting sales, inventory, profitability, and market trends.
• Support developing and executing product, sales, and marketing strategies based on market analysis and competitive insights.
• Support managing product lifecycle activities including New Product Introductions (NPI), product phase-outs (EOL), pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Set and manage planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock levels, NPI timing, and EOL schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Headquarters to ensure successful product launches and achievement of business objectives.
