Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium in Amsterdam is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our In Room Dining Team. You will provide exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences, take orders, explain the menu, deliver outstanding service, and assist with mise en place and room setup.

Fluent English is required, and prior experience at high-end restaurants plus flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends) are expected. This role offers strong career progression within a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to different shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• To provide our guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences;
• To take orders, provide information about menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills;
• Carry out preparation of service including mise en place;
• Assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service.
