Job summary

URW in the Netherlands is seeking an Asset Management & Development Analyst to join the Asset Management & Development team in the Netherlands, contributing to Stadshart Amstelveen’s mixed-use transformation. You’ll work across Asset Management, Development, Leasing and Finance to drive investment decisions and long-term value creation.

You’ll provide high-quality commercial analysis, financial modelling and strategic insight, supporting major development projects and business planning.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.

• Able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Stadshart Amstelveen's long-term vision, strategy and business plans.
• Build and optimise financial models, including feasibility studies, cash flows, sensitivities and investment analyses.
• Support quarterly valuations and financial performance reviews.
• Prepare presentations and materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with Leasing, Development and Asset Management teams on commercial opportunities and projects.
• Coordinate reporting, business updates and project tracking.
• Participate in commercial discussions, negotiations and investment decisions.
• Use data and market knowledge to inform recommendations and support decision-making.

What you'll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same , but you'll spend your time:

• Supporting the development of Stadshart Amstelveen's long-term vision, strategy and business plans

• Experience in asset management, development, real estate, valuation, finance, consulting or a related field
• Strong financial modelling capability
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills
• Exposure to retail, mixed-use developments, property or investment environments
